Faculty Instructions


Your PowerPoint or Keynote presentation must be created using the 16:9 aspect ratio resolution setting in widescreen/landscape format. You must bring your presentation on USB/flashdrive to the AV technician at the back of the room at least one hour prior to the beginning of your session, or preferably at an earlier break. Up-to-date room locations can be found on the Program & Schedule.



All speakers have been asked to submit their bio information to provide to the moderators of their session. Your bio information will be found on the Faculty & Disclosures page by clicking on your name.

If you have not yet submitted your bio information, please send as soon as possible to cheryn@societyhq.com



Your presentation has a strict time limit that will be enforced by your session moderator. Please make sure that you pay attention to your moderator in order to facilitate a timely switch to the next speaker in the program in order to stay on schedule. You can review the program and find the allotted times for your session on the Program and Schedule.

It may be helpful to download the MMG to your mobile device in order to have the conference schedule on hand at all times. See below for instructions on adding the MMG to your mobile device homescreen.


How to Add the Mobile Meeting Guide to Your Home Screen:

iPhones and iPads:

Launch the Safari browser on Apple's iOS and navigate to jpccim.org. Tap the Share button on the browser's toolbar — that's the rectangle with an arrow pointing upward. It's located on the bar at the top of the screen on an iPad and on the bar at the bottom of the screen on an iPhone. Tap the Add to Home Screen icon in the Share menu.


Android Phones and Tablets:

Chrome Browser App: Open the Mobile Meeting Guide website. Tap the "Menu" button and tap "Add to Home screen"

Internet Browser App: Open the Mobile Meeting Guide website. Tap the "More" button and tap "Add shortcut on Home screen"
